Regarding the choice of “Omani Night” to decorate the festival’s activities, he stressed: “There is a system that we are trying to establish from that session and that it will continue during the coming sessions, which is celebrating the Arab countries by holding singing nights for them, and during that session we tried to increase them; But due to the circumstances, we preferred to start in the Sultanate of Oman, rather than present the rest of the countries during the upcoming sessions, especially since Oman has a wonderful musical experience.”

Regarding the reason for his leadership of approximately five concerts during the festival, Farhat said: “I was hoping not to participate in the festival so that I might devote myself to seeing my administrative experience fully, but there are singers who stipulated not to participate in the festival except for me to lead their concerts, including Asala Nasri and Ahmed Saad, and as for Tamer Ashour put me in charge of his concert in exchange for participating for the first time in the festival, and Angham will not sing without me.”
