“Loli’s father and I have been close friends, since our birth. Our moms are lifelong friends. He took me when I was 15 to study theater. He was a magnificent writer. He also accompanied me and shaved his head when I had my cancer,” Arana said.
The 51-year-old musician had lymphoma at the age of 17 and was treated at Fundaleu, the foundation that since 1956 has investigated, informed, diagnosed and treated leukemia.
