In Russia, developers should be prohibited from reducing the size of apartments to hide rising housing prices. This statement was made by a member of the Russian Guild of Realtors, real estate market expert Konstantin Barsukov.
“It is clear that developers are trying to hide the price increase by reducing the area. I believe that developers should be limited in this.
