O Apple Fitness+ is a service that allows you to watch classes with exercises and training carried out by specialized teachers while playing them wherever you are — whether at the gym, in the park or even at home, in front of the TV.
This year, Maçã is introducing a new function: Custom Plans (Custom Plans). The great thing regarding this is that you can add multiple different activities to it, so that they fit into your physical activity routine.

Open the app Fitness on your iPhone/iPad, go to the “Fitness+” tab and select “Build Your Plan”. On the next screen, choose the days you train, the total time per day and the duration of the plan.
Below, tap up to five activities you want to do and select “Review Plan”. After that, choose the start date of the plan, change the activities (optionally) and choose the coaches and music that you like most. Once done, tap “Create Plan”.
Later, if you want to start putting your plan into practice, open the Fitness app, select the “Fitness+” tab and “Start”, below the previously created plan. To delete it, go to “View Plan”, tap the three dots and “Finish Plan”.
