Mortal Kombat 1 Patch: Full List of Adjustments and Fixes for Characters and Gameplay

If you’re planning on playing Mortal Kombat 1 later today, you’re going to encounter a pretty heavy patch that changes things up quite a bit. This includes fixing a very strange bug that caused player one to gain a combo advantage over player two. But there’s a lot of other stuff that’s been changed as well, both for individual characters and overall gameplay. You can check out the full list of everything that’s been tweaked below. Unfortunately, the patch isn’t available for Switch, but we hope it comes out soon. • General gameplay adjustments Move list corrections Localization fixes Fixed an issue that might cause Player 2 to push the opponent further away during certain combo sequences Fixed a Cancelable or Branched Turtle Tail Ambush attack if performed at a specific time Fixed an issue that might cause buffered Kombo attack strings and buffered 2-in-1 canceled non-enhanced special moves to not perform. Fixed an issue that caused some Stryker’s & Sektor’s attacks to be unbreakable • Character-specific adjustments Ashrah – Fixed a bug that might cause squeezing knees (Towards + Back Kick) Issues with moving through opponents while attacking Goro (Kameo) – Stomp and his partner’s attacks now take higher priority when hitting the same frame Havik – Rotten Guard (Back Punch, Front Punch) and flesh wounds (back punch, back punch) no longer auto-face Jax (Kameo) – Ground pound now has higher priority when his partner’s attack hits the same frame Kung Lao – Kung-Kussion now jumps Will automatically face Shujinko (Kameo) when finished on the landing pad following passing an opponent – Mimic Ice Clone and Ice Ball will no longer be repeated by opponents hit by Time Stop • Fixed an issue where the following attacks would not work once morest high parry specials Questions Ashrah’s Wrath of God and Demon’s Wrath are now highly parryable Light Ascension and Dark Ascension are now highly parryable Baraka (air) Death Spin is no longer highly parryable Reflex Tester (back + front punch) is no longer highly parryable Bleeding Feet ( Back + Forward Kick) Second hit can no longer parry General Shao Power Strike can now parry High Fixed parry inconsistency between Destroyer and Krasic Kahn.Both can no longer high parry Johnny Cage Ball Breaker can now high parry Rising Star can now high parry Shadow Kick can now high parry Kenshi Sendou Stance Lost (front punch + back punch, back punch, front Punch) can no longer be highly parried. Kung Lao’s knee slam (back kick + front kick) can no longer be highly parried. Li Mei (air) flip heel kick can no longer be highly parried. Unblocked (back + front kick, back kick) can no longer be highly parried. Nitara is strengthened.
