Jorge Lanata spoke about his hospitalization and the induced coma: “I don’t know where I was”

During the last month, Jorge Lanata spent a long period of hospitalization that caused concern among his loved ones and followers. Now, in dialogue with Revista Viva, he recalled sensations linked to intensive care, in which he spent much of the time, as well as the coma into which he had to be induced at different times.

He defined this as a “non-place.”

“The dreams, when I was in intensive care, were vivid. It wasn’t that I realized they were dreams. “That was life for me,” she continued.

On the other hand, when asked if he considers that time as a lost time in his life, he expressed: “I don’t know how to define it… Not lost, but it was a month where I was traveling, I don’t know where it is and where I don’t want to stay.”

“I want to be able to come back from there. What impresses me most regarding what happened is having been there and returning. I might have not come back, I might have stayed there for two more months or I don’t know how long. That’s what impresses me a little bit,” she continued.

He also spoke regarding his relationship with spirituality and religion: “I believe in God, I always said it. I’m not a person who goes to church, but I think there is an order. It seems to me that all this is not a coincidence.”
