Atlanta, USA (CNN) – A law enforcement source told CNN that a person has been arrested in Las Vegas in connection with the 1996 murder of rapper Tupac Shakur.
The source, familiar with the investigation, confirmed that the man arrested on Friday morning was Duane Keith Davis, also known as “Keffe D.”
Davis’ home in Henderson was searched in July as part of Las Vegas Metro Police’s ongoing investigation into the shooting.
Las Vegas police officials are expected to hold a press conference later today, the source said.
