Samsung launches Repara Contigo program in Brazil

The initiative gives autonomy to the consumer, offering another repair option

Samsung Latin America announces the introduction of its global self-repair program, Repara Contigo, in the Brazilian market. The initiative aims to give consumers an additional repair option, as well as more convenience for them to keep their Galaxy devices, thus reducing e-waste.

“Samsung is working to encourage users to experience the optimized performance of their Galaxy devices for as long as possible. This is another initiative in this sense, expanding access to repairs and expanding possibilities for our consumers”, says Virgilio Moreira, Senior Director of Customer Service at Samsung Latin America.

Self-repair kits have the following items: smartphone screen or charging port or back cover1. Technicians participating in the program have access to guides and manuals to carry out repairs on the brand’s products, including smartphones, TVs and household appliances, allowing professionals to stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies.

Along with the announcement of the new foldable smartphones Galaxy Z Fold5, Galaxy Z Flip5 and the Galaxy Tab S9 series tablets, Samsung debuted an exclusive benefit across Latin America for buyers of these products: the Select+. The assistance program aims to ensure additional support for device users premiumthrough a differentiated and priority service experience.

Benefits include priority access to exclusive support channels and the replacement of protective films. In addition, the program guarantees priority service at Samsung service centers and in home care, available in the main capitals and large metropolitan centers of the countries in the region.
