She explains why she lost so much weight in a short period of time.
The health problems of Reality-Star Elena Miras (31) do not appear to be decreasing. Just recently she complained of a numb side of her face, had to go to the hospital several times and can’t relax because of renovation work in her new house. “My house has been undergoing renovations for a year and a half. “Unfortunately, the company that sold me the house is very unprofessional,” she complains in an interview with 20 Minutes. Among other things, the parquet was laid wet, which led to mold. The floor on both floors now needs to be completely replaced.
“Because of the stress, I neglected myself a lot and didn’t take my body’s signals seriously,” she says. It was only when people close to her approached her with concerns that the mother of five-year-old Ayleen realized that something was no longer right. «I had a huge shock when I stood on the scales and saw that I only weighed 44 kilograms. I thought I weighed at least 49 kilograms.” A normal weight for her is between 52 and 53 kilograms.
The 31-year-old is aware that the situation is serious. “I don’t know what would have happened if so many people hadn’t written to me. The weight would certainly be even lower,” she continues. She feels like she is “in a horror film that never ends.”

Miras also shares the news on Instagram – for good reason. “I’m telling you this to remind people who find themselves in a similar situation to be careful,” she says. She is now doing everything she can to gain weight. “Since I noticed the weight loss five days ago, I’ve been eating more. “I make sure I eat something every two to three hours,” she tells 20 Minutes. Unfortunately, it’s not that easy, as she reveals: “When I eat, I get severe stomach pains. I have to take it slowly.”
The 31-year-old was already struggling with her health in May. she got admitted to hospital because of kidney stones. A month ago she complained of stabbing pain in one eye. These were so severe that one side of his face suddenly became numb. When she was examined at the hospital, it was discovered that she had trigeminal neuralgia. This is a chronic pain disorder of the trigeminal nerve, which is responsible for the sensation of the face, the mucous membranes in the mouth and nose and the cornea. “Thanks to therapy and medication, these symptoms have now improved,” she reveals.
