The man is, without a doubt, a fine gourmet. Or, at least, he knows his job. This 40-year-old cook was found guilty of theft by criminal order. His loot: around fifty kilos of meat, including a 2 kilo piece of Japanese beef worth 600 francs.

Between April 2020 and April 2023, the forty-year-old came to help himself from the stocks of his ex-employer. Having worked in 2020 in a restaurant specializing in beef, he had kept the key to the cellar. Acknowledging the facts, this single father explained that he had done so on three occasions, due to “financial difficulties”.

He was sentenced on September 19 to a 45 day fine (50 francs per day) suspended and 510 francs per day. linked to procedural costs. The opposition deadline has not yet expired.
