Barely installed, already rewarded. “It’s a very nice boost, three months following our installation.” Returning from the Gault & Millau gastronomic guide ceremony which took place at the Grand-Quevilly, near Rouen (Seine-Maritime)Monday September 25 in the morning, Arthur Piart and his wife Marie have a smile.
And they have what it takes since they have just received the Gault & Millau Young Talent prize.
The restaurant opened in June, awarded in September
“We settled on June 2, 2023 in Fécamp. Our restaurant Allouvi “has been going really well since then, we are delighted,” explains Arthur Piart.
Arthur is 31 years old and Marie is 28 and they share their prize with their entire team: “Eric, Ulrick and Lana, people we enjoy working with,” underlines Arthur.
The newlyweds are both in the kitchen, “My last position was at Jean-Luc Tartarin in Le Havre, Marie was pastry chef at Margote”.
“A simple menu, sophisticated products”
Both therefore discovered the profession of entrepreneurs following having worked as employees in gourmet restaurants.
We both complement each other. We don’t really have any specialties. Our watchword is seasonal products, mainly from a short supply chain with a simple but sophisticated menu,

In the “Today’s Tradition” category, Tony Pochon, from the restaurant “Chez l’Gros” in Rouen was also rewarded by the gastronomic guide. “I’m 70 years old, the guide has been giving me awards for 35 years, but this one is a consecration,” says Tony Pochon, interviewed by 76 currently.
