Is having lots of credits something that interests you in Starfield? Here’s a glitch that will allow you to steal money from the start of the game, without being detected!

You know this if you play Starfield: Credits are by far the most important resource in the game, and they are not necessarily very easy to recover… in theory. Because with this glitch, you will be able to become rich without having to really get involved in the main story of the game to earn a few credits. Here, we are talking regarding a plan that will ensure your fortune over several virtual generations without being detected ! You will just need for this a melee weapon !

Go into the Alpha Centauri System with your ship, destination planet Jemison in the Commercial district. Once you arrive, turn around and take the subway, and choose to go to Port spatial. Walk straight until you see your ship. Take the slope opposite the latter and turn on your left. You will then see a Ship Technician right next to a Trade Authority Kiosk.

Go back down the slope you just took by sticking to the right wall. You will then see a first orange warning screen which broadcasts a message. Keep sticking to the right and move forward to see a second one. It’s right next to the latter that everything will happen. You will see a door just to the right of this screen. Target the wall just to the left of this door.

Take out your melee weapon (we used a knife), and stand on the small white stripe. The goal here will be to look in front of you, jump back, and in the middle of your jump press the guard button (right click on PC) and the move forward button. If you time this right, you’ll see your character suddenly dash forward. Try it a few times, positioning yourself correctly each time, and you will eventually get through this wall.

Once in limbo, you will then simply have to return to the level of Ship Technician, and you will see a chest a little higher up as you take the slope. Jump to climb lightly on the rock, and collect the 72,000 credits who are waiting for you. This chest will reappear once every 48 IN-GAME hours have passed. So go sleep in your ship next door for 48 hours, then start once more until you get rich.

Are there other glitches in Starfield?

It should be noted that this glitch may tell you something if you know Bethesda games. It is indeed a habit for the latter, in order to manage the inventory of an NPC, to put an underground chest that is normally inaccessible. So, this bug was also in Skyrim, Fallout New Vegas, etc. It’s almost an easter egg!

As for other exploits:

We will obviously keep you informed if other equally interesting glitches come to light.
