A study conducted by researchers from the University of South Australia found that there is a type of nut that can be included in the diet that contributes to weight loss

Almonds not only help people lose weight, but also contribute to improving cardiovascular health.

The researchers examined the effect of almonds in a diet and found that it reduced regarding 7 kilograms of body weight, according to the Times Now News website.

It is also a great snack and is rich in protein, fibre, vitamins and minerals, but it is also high in fat which people can associate with increased body weight.
