According to Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations for the Leningrad Region, on the night of September 24, rain is expected in some areas of the Leningrad region. During the day there will be intermittent rain almost everywhere; overall the weather is expected to be cloudy.
At night there is a strong wind from 7 to 12 meters per second, during the day it is quieter – up to nine. The temperature during the day is up to +19 degrees, at night up to +16, but somewhere it will rise no higher than 11.
