The importance of having credits in Starfield
In a game as open and expansive as Starfield, some things are very important. Like having a good ship to best explore the galaxy. Or do as many quests as possible to gain experience and thus unlock new abilities. But something else might quickly slow you down in your progress, and especially in your purchases: credits! So yes, there are methods to make money in Starfield, but the one that has just been discovered is probably one of, if not the most profitable at the moment!
The bug exploit that allows you to earn 9 million credits in one hour
This exploit was made popular by a DPJ, a Youtuber who explained the procedure in detail in the video above. Unlike the plot bug which also allows you to stock up on credits, this one is a little more complicated to set up at the start, but is much more profitable.
One of the prerequisites to be able to benefit from it is to add at least one point in the skill Certification Jet-Packwhich will allow you to float a little in the air by pressing the jump button.
Once this skill has been acquired, you will have to go to the Narion system. This is located to the northeast of the system of Alpha Centaur. Once there, look on your space map at the planet to the northeast called Deepala. You will notice two icons of space station around the latter. One in the southeast of the planet, and the other in the northwest. It is the latter that interests us so choose to go with the latter, which will take you to the lune de Dalvik. Once you arrive, look to your right and you will see a space station. Approach it, and choose to dock to enter.
Once inside, go straight until you come to a wall where it is marked Stroudeklund, with objects hanging on it. This is where everything will happen. The principle of this exploit is simple on paper: there is a chest on this space station, and your goal will be to pass through this wall, and perform two somewhat technical jumps in order to access it. But first we will have to pierce this wall like a ghost.
Simply walk once morest the right side of the wall, at ND of what is marked on it, and you will end up crossing it quite easily. The technique here is to quickly stop walking as soon as you pass to the other side, in order to stay on the small edge, and not fall as this will cause you to start once more at the start of the room. Once you have passed, continue moving forward and jump to the other side, to the room in front of you. You will normally be able to hang on quite easily.
Then look to your left, and you’ll notice a chest floating in space. This is the one you came for. Your goal will be to reach the small border at the bottom, indicated by an arrow in the screenshot above. You will therefore have to time your jump carefully, but the most difficult part is technically already done. Once this is done, you will then be able to interact with the chest and collect there the tidy sum of 160,000 credits !
This chest only returns once every 6 hours (in game time, not in real life), then go to the menu and teleport to your ship. Once inside, choose to rest via a chair or bed for 6 hours. Then teleport to the space station via the map, as you will now be able to access it directly without having to re-route, then repeat this glitch ! This bug may be patched later, so if you want to get rich, don’t delay!
