Preventing Violence Against Health Workers: Governor Signs Hospital Protection Bill

Thiruvananthapuram ∙ Governor Arif Muhammad Khan signed the Hospital Protection Bill. The Assembly passed the bill a week ago and submitted it to the Governor. Efforts should be made to complete the trial proceedings within one year. The court has the power to extend the period. It should not exceed 6 months.
