Dubai, September 18 / WAM / Real estate transactions at the Dubai Land Department today amounted to more than 2.6 billion dirhams, as the department witnessed the recording of 567 sales worth 1.88 billion dirhams, including 111 sales of land worth 840.25 million dirhams and 456 sales of apartments and villas worth 1.04 billion dirhams.
The most important land sales were worth 79.4 million dirhams in the Wadi Al Safa 3 area, followed by a sale worth 77.69 million dirhams in the Wadi Al Safa 3 area, followed by a sale worth 69.07 million dirhams in the Wadi Al Safa 3 area.
The Hind City 4 region topped the regions in terms of the number of sales, recording 31 sales worth 46.26 million dirhams, followed by Al-Habiyah 5, recording 26 sales worth 137.01 million dirhams, and a third in Airport City, recording 18 sales worth 81.96 million dirhams.
Regarding the most important sales of apartments and villas, a sale worth 70 million dirhams was in the Palm Jumeirah area as the most important sale, followed by a sale worth 40.75 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area, and finally a sale worth 35 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area.
The Al Barsha South Fourth area topped the regions in terms of the number of apartment and villa sales, recording 61 sales worth 52.72 million dirhams, followed by the Dubai Marina area, recording 49 sales worth 87.83 million dirhams, and third in Business Bay, recording 48 sales worth 79.93 million dirhams.
The mortgages recorded a value of 688.9 million dirhams, including 33 land mortgages worth 374.8 million dirhams and 122 mortgages on villas and apartments worth 314.1 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the Wadi Al Safa 3 area, worth 254.34 million dirhams, and another in the first Jebel Ali area, worth 73.29 million dirhams.
As for donations, 17 donations were recorded, worth 44.05 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens area, worth 20.18 million dirhams, and another in the first Al Khawaneej area, worth 9.27 million dirhams.
