It has been known for a long time that delivery does not work in the Seekirchen area, Oberkriechham district. But the fact that the way the delivery person responsible works is so miserable can no longer be tolerated. Several times the mail was thrown on the floor in front of the front door and not in the designated mailboxes. Wind and rain have made the mail (bills, notices, etc.) illegible or disappeared altogether.
The mail is now stuffed into the mailbox, but not sorted (two parties), arrives late or not at all.
The final straw is package delivery. The delivery person just puts the notification in the mailbox and does not deliver the packages. There is always someone present in my house. But the bell will no longer be rung! To top it off, the packages are now immediately returned to the sender even without delivery. With the note “undeliverable” or “customer not reachable”.
After countless phone calls to the post office and the Seekirchen city office, we are finally fed up and are turning to the public. This way of working only creates disadvantages for us, for which Post AG is responsible. Invoices where a cash discount might be deducted incur reminder fees, with promotions only arrives when they are no longer valid, packages have to be picked up at the post office or are immediately returned to the sender, even though we pay shipping costs. We have known these conditions in other countries, but now it is also the case in Austria. Where will this lead?
