Benefits for those who have adhered to the agreement so as not to increase the fees of their members

Employers registered in the Federal Registry of Health Establishments that have assumed the commitments of the agreement signed between the Secretary of Commerce, the Argentine Health Union and the Argentine Federation of Health Providers, will enjoy a series of tax benefits.

It should be noted that the agreement seeks to avoid an increase in prepaid medicine fees for members during October, November and December 2023, as long as it is a family group with gross monthly income equal to or less than $2,000,000.

Those who are beneficiaries for meeting the requirements:

– Quedarán exempt from payment of employer contributions to SIPA between September 2023 and March 2024, both inclusive, with respect to professionals, technicians, assistants and assistants who provide health-related services.

– They will have the possibility of accessing a payment facility plan to cancel employer contributions to SUSS and VAT of the periods accrued between September and November 2023. The plan will consist of 9 installments, the first of which will be paid in March 2024.

– Reduced rates will be applied for the Tax on debits and credits in bank accounts, for taxable events completed between September 2023 and March 2024, both inclusive. The rate for current account operations will be 2.5 per thousand, while it will rise to 5 per thousand for other operations.

If a member fails to comply with the agreement, he or she will be considered automatically excluded from all benefits.
