Kochi: The High Court should issue guidelines for Sabarimala pilgrims if necessary during Nippa outbreak. The order of the High Court is to open the next day for Kannimasa puja. The High Court also directed the Secretary of the Health Department to consult the Devaswom Commissioner and take a decision on the necessary matters in this regard.
