In Windows 11 build 22621.2283, installed via update KB5030219, Microsoft brought important fixes and improvements, including a bug that removed a blank menu item from the Sticky Keys menu that started occurring following installing the optional patch KB5029351, available at the end of August.

This occurs when using BitLocker on storage media with a large sector size. Resolved a bug affecting Remote Desktop sessions. An incorrect error message was displayed when trying to join a session. Fixed an issue affecting Start menu icons. They disappeared following you opened them for the first time. Fixed a bug that affected settings. They didn’t sync even if you turned on the toggle on the Windows Backup page in the Settings app. Fixed an issue affecting the resulting policy set (RSOP). The Windows LAPS “BackupDirectory” policy setting was not being reported. This occurred when the setting was set to 1, which is “Back up to AAD”. Addressed an issue affecting users using Windows Update for Business. After you were prompted to change your password upon sign-in, the change operation failed. So it was not possible to enter.
