Eligible to participate are consumers aged 18 and over within the meaning of the KSchG who are neither employees of the cooperation partner nor of KURIER or companies affiliated with them. The winner(s) will be determined from all entries received on time by means of a drawing, excluding legal recourse, and will be notified personally; Beyond that, no correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition.
Cash redemption of prizes in kind or services is not possible; their use or claim is always at the risk of the winner(s). The competition organizer assumes no liability for data transmission defects during participation or for certain properties or functions of the prizes provided by third parties; Warranty or compensation claims due to alleged defects in performance should be directed to the specified cooperation partner (manufacturer/provider). The winner(s) must ensure the payment of any taxes or other legal fees associated with the prize.
The transmission of incorrect data in the course of the competition, as well as any attempt at manipulation, e.g. hidden multiple entries from the same person, can lead to the person concerned being excluded from further participation. We reserve the right to cancel the competition at any time, especially due to technical or legal problems.
Note on data protection: The participants’ data will be collected and processed by the competition organizer in accordance with the data protection declaration at kurier.at/datenschutz in order to process the competition and, if necessary, for the purposes of direct and for any evaluation of personal behavior and interests for the purpose of efficient direct marketing measures. Data processing for direct and behavior/interest assessment can be objected to at any time with effect for the future (contact details see below). In order to process the competition, it may be necessary to pass on the participants’ data to partners of the competition organizer (e.g. to hand over the prize), who will use this data exclusively for this purpose. In any case, participants’ data will not be passed on to other third parties (persons responsible) without their consent.
