Ingredients:
– 3 expert tomatoes
– salt and pepper
– 100 g spaghetti (equivalent to a handful 2.5 cm in diameter)
– 3 tbsp. olive oil
– 1 clove garlic
– 30 cc white wine
– 10 basil leaves
– grated cheese c/n
Procedure
1. In a large pot, boil plenty of water, so that the spaghetti does not stick.
2. Wash the tomatoes. Cut them into quarters, remove the seeds and cut them into cubes.
3. When the water boils, add a tablespoon of salt and cook the noodles until al dente.
4. Heat a frying pan, pour the oil and add the crushed garlic to flavor. Let it cook for 30 seconds and add the tomatoes. Salt and cook for 5 minutes.
5. Add the white wine (if you don’t have it, just water). Once the tomato is dissolved, pour the noodles over the sauce. Add the basil, black pepper, more oil and mix.
6. I served with grated cheese and a good toast of bread.
