Sharjah Center for Voluntary Work Supports Employment Fair for Female Emirati Job Seekers

Sharjah, September 12 / WAM / The Sharjah Center for Voluntary Work of the Department of Social Services, as part of its permanent commitment to promoting volunteer work and community service, participated in organizing and managing the (open day for the employment fair) within the “My Shift” program of the Emirates Foundation, which was organized by the Takatuf Social Volunteering Program. At the headquarters of the Muwailih Suburb Council in the Emirate of Sharjah.

The employment fair was dedicated to female Emirati job seekers, where job interviews were conducted to nominate them to join the career opportunities available at Al Ansari Exchange Company. The exhibition received a positive response with a large turnout from female job seekers.

About 18 volunteers participated in organizing the recruitment open day, who carried out more than 126 volunteer hours, providing organizational and supervisory support for the exhibition, following the center invited its members to participate in this volunteer opportunity to provide organizational and supervisory support for the exhibition, which contributed significantly to the success of the event.

Hessa Al Hammadi, Director of the Community Cohesion Department, praised the efforts of the Takatuf Social Volunteering Program of the Emirates Foundation, appreciating their great role in promoting the culture of volunteerism and community service across the Emirates, stressing the Center’s commitment to achieving the emirate’s vision of serving the community and enhancing institutional integration.

Al Hammadi pointed out that the Sharjah Center for Voluntary Work works seriously as it is the volunteer arm of the emirate, and strives with all its efforts to achieve the emirate’s vision of serving the community and enhancing institutional integration.
