The first secret is to give up sugar or reduce its consumption to a minimum. People who give up sugar following age 40 are less likely to develop diabetes, suffer from kidney disease, and have almost no Alzheimer’s disease.
The second secret is movement. The biologist advises doing light exercise for at least 15 minutes a day; no one is asking you to kill yourself in the gym; walking and simple exercises are enough.
