Grimes and Elon Musk have a third child together, according to a new biography of the whimsical billionaire.

The New York Times reviewed journalist Walter Isaason’s eponymous book regarding the SpaceX and Tesla mogul, which hits bookstores Tuesday.
According to the publication, the 51-year-old and Grimes, real name Claire Boucher, welcomed a son named Techno Mechanicus, who also goes by the nickname “Tau.” Musk later confirmed the story and the child’s name in a post on his social media platform X, formerly known as Twitter.
The Times did not provide further details regarding the child, such as the date and location of his birth.
Musk and Grimes, 35, welcomed their son X Æ A-12, whose name was later changed to surrogate mother in December 2021, named Exa Dark Sideræl, who is nicknamed “Y”.
In a March 2022 interview with Vanity Fair revealing the birth of Exa Dark, Grimes admitted that the couple wanted more children, but on the day the article was published, she tweeted that they were separated once more.
