Annual Revaluation of Solidarity Income for Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique, Réunion, and Other Territories: Decree and Legislative Measures

And decree of September 8 proceeds with the annual revaluation of the lump sum amount of solidarity income for beneficiaries residing in Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique, Réunion, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon.

The revaluation coefficient used for the legal revaluation corresponds to the evolution of the annual average of consumer prices, excluding tobacco, calculated on the last twelve monthly indices of these prices published by the National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies the penultimate month preceding the revaluation date.

This coefficient is applied to the amount of solidarity income on April 1, 2022.

It takes into account the anticipated revaluation of 4% implemented since July 1, 2022 in application of thearticle 9 of law no. 2022-1158 of August 16, 2022 laying down emergency measures for the protection of purchasing power andarticle 1 of decree no. 2022-1684 of December 28, 2022 relating to the revaluation of solidarity income in Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique and Reunion Island.

The revaluation applies from the allocations due for the month of April 2023.
