Two people were arrested in the last few hours in the midst of the investigation that is continuing for the violent robbery suffered by Marco Ferace, mayor of the city of Santiago Temple on May 26.
According to the Public Prosecutor’s Office, the vehicle in which the alleged perpetrators were driving and elements related to the case were seized in the operation.
The detainees are being investigated both for the crime once morest property and for the intimidating messages that were left at the mayor’s home.
Investigators believe that both people participated in another incident with similar characteristics, investigated by the Marcos Juárez Prosecutor’s Office.
Violent robbery in Santiago Temple
The mayor of the town of Santiago Temple, Marco Ferace, reported that in the early hours of Saturday, May 26, thieves robbed his private home, but also left him an “intimidating note,” according to the municipal official.
