The leader of the N-VA and mayor of Antwerp had not given an interview on a major French-language television channel since 2014. During this interview, the politician returned to several subjects, including his vision of confederalism and the situation in Brussels.

“JI don’t think that confederalism will be adopted by francophones thanks to enthusiasm. Rather, it will be thanks to the impossibility of continuing the status quo“, he explains.
