EA Sports FC 24 is coming soon: which leagues and which teams can you play with?
With the launch of EA Sports FC as a new brand that takes the popular video game into the post-FIFA era, the battle for licenses and rights practically began.
Essentially, it’s regarding giving fans an experience that can’t be promised anywhere else.
So has EA Sports FC 24 managed to live up to this claim and make the really big names playable?
What licenses will EA Sports FC 24 have?
EA Sports
Everything stays the same for EA Sports FC, with most of the official partners staying with the game following the split from FIFA.
The game makers have pledged to “build the future of football on a foundation of innovation and authenticity with more than 19,000 fully licensed players, 700 teams and 30 leagues”.
The Premier League, UEFA (i.e. the Champions League, Europa League and Women’s Champions League), Serie A, La Liga, MLS, Ligue 1, Bundesliga, CONMEBOL and the EFL have all been confirmed as partners.
EA Sports FC is going in the same direction as the new title sponsor of all Spanish LaLiga competitions. From official in-game logos and graphics, to EA Sports FC branding in all LaLiga games and associated tournaments, to the league itself, which will be known as LALIGA EA SPORTS until the agreement expires.
