Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War did not have a new episode released on the streaming platforms where it is present this past Saturday (2), including Star+ in Brazil. The reason for this was the exclusive airing of episode 21.5 of the recap in Japan on September 2, 2023. The anime will continue to have new episodes weekly, according to Viz Media, the anime distributor that owns the rights to Bleach from TV Tokyo and Shueisha .

New Gotei 13 captains trailer released
A new trailer showing the captains of the Gotei 13 in BLEACH: Thousand-Year Blood War was released on September 2, 2023. In case you didn’t know, the Gotei 13 represents the thirteen squadrons (divisions) of guards of the Sereitei (place where the Shinigamis [1] live).

Sobre Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War
Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War episodes are directed by Tomohisa Taguchi, who directed Persona 3 The Movie: No. 2, Midsummer Knight’s Dream and Persona 4: The Golden Animation, as well as Digimon Adventure: Last Evolution Kizuna. The animation was done by Studio Pierrot, the same responsible for the original series, published from 2004 to 2012.
The first season of Thousand-Year Blood War was originally released on October 10, 2022, but it took a few months to arrive in Brazil. Initially, it was believed that the anime would be released on the Disney+ streaming service in the country, but ended up having its episodes published on Star+, probably due to the scenes of violence.
An interesting point to note is that the first part of Thousand-Year Blood War had all its episodes released at once in Brazil through Star+. However, in this second part the episodes will be released simultaneously with the rest of the world.
The soundtrack for the last arc of Bleach was made by Shirō Sagisu, the same person responsible for the OST (Original Soundtrack) of the original series. The opening and ending of the new season (part 2) of Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War are now available and you can check it out below.
