The Metalworker’s Union UOM and the industries of the sector reached an agreement on Monday for a 42.6% salary increase until October, and an “extraordinary non-remunerative bonus of $60,000.
The parity agreement will include adjustments of the 12.2% in July, 12% in August and 12% in September, cumulative.
