How do you see your participation in the movie “Wish in Wush”?
Happy and proud of my participation in this work, as it is completely different from the works that I presented before, and a new experience for me. I was excited to participate in the film because the paper was attractive, as it highlights the dangers of someone interfering in the relationship between the spouses, through a distinctive rhythm, and I also I love working with producer Ahmed Fahmy, in addition to that I and Mohamed Shaheen are friends before acting.
*It is not the first work that brings you together with Amina Khalil..is it?
I love collaborating with her because she is like my sister, a friend of my age and ten, and a colleague of struggle. She is also diligent and interested in all the details of the work. The chemistry between us reached people, and I initially wanted her to participate with me in the movie “Wish in Wush”, but in the end the role calls for its owner, just as the director is the one who Defines the staff.

How did you come up with the idea for the movie when it was offered to you?
The truth is, I do not see the film as similar to other films or series in the artistic arena, and in general I find that cinemas are presenting everything, in order to bring regarding change and the existence of a different culture and to control and develop the taste of the audience. With it, and all of this takes place in a number of hours in one day, and we see the nature of family relations during it and the confrontation between all its members, but in a comic framework.
* The film is in fierce competition in theaters with a large number of films.. How do you see that?
I see that it is a positive thing and I hope it will always remain. The presence of many films in the market is a matter that helps competition. As for the indicators of the success of the film from my point of view, of course it is represented in the revenues and the opinion of the social media audience, and thank God we have achieved great success so far in both matters, especially since the film It sends an important message: don’t let people get in your troubles.

How was the behind the scenes work?
The scenes of the work were very interesting, and all the film’s heroes made an effort behind the scenes in order for the film to appear to the audience in an appropriate and funny way, and it can compete in the cinematic market in a way that draws attention, and as I emphasized that we are not afraid of competing with the films in the cinema, the theme of the film is completely different from Everything that was shown in theaters during the last period, and I was pleased to work with every member of the film’s staff, especially director Walid Al-Halafawi, with whom I cooperate for the first time, and the result is serious, thank God.
What is the most difficult scene in the movie, in your opinion?
The most difficult scene I filmed in the film was the scene of the fire that broke out in my apartment as part of the work events. This scene required a lot of preparation, and it took several long hours of filming.

* Many have indicated that there is a similarity between the film and the series “The Seventh Harsha”?
Finally, there is no similarity between them, or any of the artworks that were presented, because the angle of approach that was relied upon in the film has not been shown in works of art before, just as the film is very social, but the tragedy in its details turns into laughter, so the situation is not pleasant because there is suffocation. Between two families, and during the hours of the movie, more than one situation occurs and their luck is very bad, so they fall into many unusual situations.
* What regarding the new?
There is a TV series called “The Story of the City”, which brings me together with Ahmed Amin, with whom I have long wished to work. That everyone will like it when it is shown in Ramadan 2024, and it is written by Khaled and Sherine Diab.
* Some time ago, there was news regarding the end of the movie “Shaqo”.. What’s new?
We finished shooting the movie recently with Amr Youssef, Dina El Sherbini, Amina Khalil and many guests of honor, most notably Yousra. The work is directed by Karim El Sobky and produced by Ahmed El Sobky. It is the second work that brings me together with Amr Youssef following the series “Zarf Aswad”.
In the film, I embody the character of Hegazy, the outlaw who is a close friend of Ismail, who is presented by Amr Youssef, a thug who commits several crimes, including storming a yacht and stealing the diamonds on board.
Is the project for the second part of the movie “Bank of Fortune” still ongoing?
We are continuing to prepare for it, and we are currently in the stage of adjusting its scenario, and we will start filming it as soon as all its preparations are completed, and I hope that it will be better than the first part. I was also contacted regarding participating in Awlad Rizk 3, and I hope to work with them once more, because I love Ahmed Ezz and between us Chemistry on screen. He is also a professional actor and strives to do what he does, and people love him.
