The death of Silvina Luna, this Thursday, shocked the entertainment world. The model fought for her life for 79 days while in intensive care at the Italian Hospital, where she remained following suffering the consequences of Aníbal Lotocki’s malpractice.
The news was so shocking that other victims of the controversial surgeon were encouraged to speak and broke the silence. One of them is Vanessa Irouleguy, who recounted the ordeal she experienced following having a filler, which led to kidney failure, among many other complications.

“What happened with Silvina was very moving. For me it was stirring up things from the past that were very painful. It was very difficult, ”she began, visibly moved.
Regarding the beginning of the health problems, the woman revealed: “I had a very small filler, but immediately I started with serious kidney problems. Within a year I started having 10% kidney dysfunction, where I went on dialysis. I was waiting for a transplant for 3 years, my mother donated a kidney to me”.
From that moment on, everything started to get worse. “It was a constant pain in the legs, arms. I mightn’t sleep, I was heavily medicated, that’s why I lost my memory. He did not sleep. I went to the clinic to be admitted so that they give me special medication to sleep because the pain was unbearable, as Silvina recounted, ”she said.

“Silvina communicated with me and at that moment I was in great pain, I did not sleep. She had very little energy, I felt like I was fading every day. She only had energy to improve myself and pay attention to my body because she mightn’t do anything else. I mightn’t follow something legal, I mightn’t do anything else but go on dialysis, ”she explained regarding the talk she had with the model, who did denounce the surgeon, who is currently convicted, but without a final sentence.

With an open heart, Vanesa spoke of the mistreatment she suffered when she spoke with Lotocki regarding the problems she was experiencing following the operations. “He was very cynical, he kicked me out of the clinic. At first I wanted to do things, but when you start with pain and kidney problems, you don’t have time to do more than just recover your health. He told me that he had nothing to do with it, that what he did was all safe, ”she narrated.

The young woman also told how the radical change in her life was as a result of the kidney transplant. “I am a new person. I went through so much pain and today I have a very healthy life. I no longer want to hurt my body. I don’t drink alcohol, I eat very healthy”.
Finally, he closed with a request: “What I ask is that the girls do not do more damage to their bodies, that they accept themselves as they are and that they work on self-love.”
