X LIFE: Argentine Fashion Campaign Raises Awareness for Cancer Prevention and Health Care

The launch of the Argentine fashion campaign X LIFE It was attended by more than 200 people and led by Iván de Pineda, Araceli González and Flor Torrente. In addition, various figures from the entertainment world such as Claudia Villafañe, Jesica Cirio, Barbie Franco, Julián Weich and Sofía Zamolo, among others, joined.

This initiative is the result of collaboration between the Argentine Industrial Chamber of Clothing and the Argentine Association of Clinical Oncology (AAOC) and its main objective is to raise awareness in the community regarding prevention and health care through the economic contribution of the sale of t-shirts.

The fashion industry, in addition to committing itself to society and carrying out this awareness campaign, becomes a powerful medium for disseminating messages of vital importance. “X LA VIDA” seeks to convey key concepts for the prevention and early detection of cancer through the creation of t-shirts that carry representative symbols of recommendations to prevent this disease or detect it in its initial stages.

It is T-shirts are available for sale in all the stores and e-shops of the brands that have joined this noble cause. The funds will be allocated to the training of specialists in oncology and to research in this area.

For the moment, thanks to the union of all the brands, the solidarity action managed to reach a very significant figure of more than $52,000,000 pesos for the AAOC. In this way, the campaign seeks to have continuity and continue collaborating with the association.
