DUBAI, 31st August, 2020 (WAM) — The Culture and Arts Authority in Dubai, “Dubai Culture”, announced the activities of the “Schools of Life” program in the Al Safa Art and Design, Al Twar, Al Mankhool and Hatta public libraries, which provides a set of interactive sessions aimed at building life skills and motivating individuals to adopt concepts Quality of life, by raising their level of awareness and concern for their mental and physical health, and enabling them to contribute to making a positive change in society.
The program, which will be launched in September 2023 under the slogan “Self-Care for a Busy Life”, includes 16 workshops and sessions in both Arabic and English, including workshops on “Proper Nutrition”, “Healthy Dish”, “Nature’s Secrets” and “How to Plan for Your Future”, in addition to To the “Self-Esteem” workshop for women only.
All workshops and educational sessions of the “Schools of Life”, which will continue until March 2024, are held under the supervision of a group of speakers and owners of distinguished experiences, as they reflect the keenness of “Dubai Culture” to provide an innovative environment in “Dubai Public Libraries”, in order to achieve Dubai’s vision aimed at consolidating Its status as a global center for culture, an incubator for creativity, a meeting place for talents.
