Theater actress Yoon Seok-hwa (67) is fighting a malignant brain tumor following undergoing surgery.
Yoon Seok-hwa said in a phone call with Yonhap News on the 28th, “After undergoing surgery for a malignant brain tumor in October of last year, my current condition has repeatedly improved and deteriorated.”
“I heard from my doctor that the size of the tumor is shrinking,” he said. “I am currently stopping chemotherapy and trying to follow the doctor’s instructions.”
Yoon Seok-hwa has not been able to stand on stage since the play ‘Hamlet’, which opened in July last year.
