The four-time Olympic gymnastics champion Simone Biles won this Sunday for the eighth time in her career in the All-Around of the United States Gymnastics Championships, in her preparation for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
Biles had an outstanding performance in the four apparatus to add 59,150 during this day, for a total of 118,450, well above Shilese Jones (114,550), who won world silver in 2022; while Leanne Wong, obtained 111,100, who completed the podium.

The SAP Center, in San José (California) stood up to applaud the participation of Simone Biles, there were around 12 thousand attendees.
“It is really surprising. Everyone here believes in me, and my teammates believe in me, my coaches, my family, everyone,” said the gymnast.
“So I just need to start believing in myself a little more. But it feels amazing. And I love the fans, I love the crowd. It’s really special,” Biles added in words for NBC.
With her win, Biles broke the record for most U.S. gymnastics championships, previously shared with Alfred Jochim, who won his seventh and final title 90 years ago.
