Former national voter Meziane Aigil drew, on Sunday evening, his intention to enter the arena of the elections for the presidency of the Algerian Football Federation (FAF).
Candidate Meziane Ighil went to the headquarters of the Algerian Football Federation, in the Daly Brahim district of Algiers, to file his candidacy for the presidency of the “FAF” body.
Upon his arrival at the Federal headquarters, the former Algerian national team coach, Eagle, was received by Saleh Bey Abboud, who is in charge of media at the same body.
The former national voter, Egil, is the second candidate to submit his file for the Algerian Federal Presidency, among the three candidates who set an appointment with the Nominations Committee, following the first candidate, Kaddour Daif.
There is great anticipation in the Daly Ibrahim building, the date of the arrival of all the other candidates, President of the National Football League, Abdel Karim Medawar, and former member of the Federal Bureau, Walid Sadi.
The Nominations Committee had set earlier, the date of August 27, 2023, the last date for submitting candidacy files for the presidency of the Algerian Football Federation.
Tomorrow, Monday, the Nominations Committee will study the files of the candidates, before the 30th of this month, in the final list that will enter the FAF presidential elections.
