Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – Senior actor Pierre Gruno was finally released from prison because of the persecution case that occurred on June 30, 2023. This 64-year-old man admits that he is tired of dealing with the law.
“This is a warning for me August 17, 2023, released, free and I will never forget this once more,” said Pierre Gruno, as quoted by the second.
After being released, Pierre Gruno said that he would work hard in terms of work. This was done to pay off his debts so far.
As is known, Pierre is said to have beaten Giri D Budisetiawan in a bar in the South Jakarta area. After being reported, Pierre was detained at the South Jakarta Police, but thanks to the request of the actor’s extended family for The Raid film, Giri pardoned him.
Apart from the abuse case, it was quite surprising when Pierre mentioned debt and hard work following he was released.
So far, there has never been any news regarding Pierre and his financial problems, this actor has rarely been seen in media coverage even though he is still seen starring in several web series.
However, there are important lessons regarding financial planning that emerged from Pierre Gruno’s words, along with his explanation.
Whatever the type of debt, create a financial burden
Regardless of the type of debt that is owned by both consumptive and productive people, debt will still be a passive expenditure that must be paid. It will also be a financial burden for you.
Without proper calculations, your finances can fall apart and don’t be surprised when you see many people in debt trying to pay off debts by submitting new loans.
That’s why, don’t be surprised if someone in their old age still has to work because they have debt.
Therefore, before going into debt to buy a house, car, or other consumer goods for household needs, make sure you have an emergency fund in accordance with the amount needed.
Debt can also be inherited
When someone receives an inheritance from the heir, he will not only receive the property, but will also bear the debt belonging to the heir.
However, Article 1045 of the Civil Code states that no one is required to receive an inheritance that falls into his hands.
Refusal of inheritance is regulated in Article 1057 of the Civil Code, which states that a person who refuses must make a firm refusal by giving a statement made at the Registrar’s Office of the District Court in whose jurisdiction the inheritance is open.
The point is, if someone doesn’t want to accept the heir’s debt, he can’t accept his inheritance either.
