According to Dr. Fialof, the diet should contain dietary fiber that helps avoid bowel, lung and prostate cancer.
“Proteins, fats and carbohydrates are almost completely absorbed in the upper parts of the digestive system, and only dietary fiber from plants remains in the intestine,” he says.
And the doctor points out that, in order for the intestines to function normally, the dietary fiber present in vegetables must be present in them. Fried meat poses the greatest danger to the intestines when eaten with a small amount of vegetables.
And the doctor warns that sitting for a long time in one place and constant exposure to stress increases the risk of cancer.
