Eugenio Derbez emotional farewell to his pet ‘Fiona’
On his official Instagram account, Derbez posted a video in which he showed different facets of his pet’s life, from when he came home when he was just a puppy, to the day he left.
“The pain that I feel today is immense. I lost my partner, who walked by my side these last 11 years. She was with me in each filming, in each project, revealing herself and unraveling with me, ”says part of the message that the actor shared with the published video.

Likewise, Derbez said that she was his partner in many adventures and for several years of his life she was the only one who was close to him. “I know that I will miss her every moment of the day. How difficult it will be to go to work tomorrow for the first time without her. How difficult it will be to try to make people laugh, when one is broken inside.”
The actor dedicated a long message to his pet and decided to share his pain with his followers on social networks, who sent him messages of support in this difficult moment that he and his family are going through.
“I thank God and the universe for allowing us to be by his side at the time of departure. She left happy… surrounded by love, and with a tennis ball in her mouth (…) Fly high my girl! For Dad, Mom and Aitana, you will always be alive in every corner of the house and in our hearts,” concluded the actor’s message.
