According to the “Bloomberg” agency, the Chinese state has invested the equivalent of 30 billion dollars in a network of companies with the aim of circumventing the restrictions of the American embargo.

The story comes from Bloombergmedia whose seriousness is no longer to be demonstrated, which narrates in a long article a project to build a clandestine network of companies and manufacturing factories of semiconductors which would allow Huawei to circumvent the restrictions.
The Chinese state seems determined not to let the Huawei soldier sink and has invested 30 billion dollars in this chip production project, according to the Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA), which has alerted Bloomberg. Two factories have already been acquired and a third is under construction.
Sleight of hand
Where the case takes a scandalous turn is that this network of companies and factories would not be acquired in the name of Huawei directly in order to hide its involvement. This sleight of hand would allow these companies to buy equipment from American chip production companies, which it is in principle not authorized to do because of the embargo.

You have to imagine a sum like 30 billion dollars. As pointed out Bloomberg, the Chinese state has invested here for Huawei alone as much as the USA has planned to spend in its American chip and science law. A sum which in the case of the USA will be distributed among several companies.
