Anti-racists condemn segregation… but organize activities for blacks only!

DO WHAT I SAY…
Our cultural organizations say that freedom of expression is a fundamental value of society… but force artists to respect all kinds of conditions if they want to receive their grants, thereby muzzling their freedom of expression!
The guardians of culture claim that the role of the artist is to stand up to the crowd, to the pack… but panic as soon as three anonymous zozos criticize them on Instagram!
Billionaire banks wrap themselves in virtue by supporting fashionable causes… while practicing tax evasion, which deprives our governments of billions of dollars in revenue, billions that might be invested in education, health and fight once morest pollution and poverty!
The enemies of Bill 21 find that this law is racist, because it “prevents” certain teachers from expressing their beliefs… but fail as soon as a politician puts his Catholic values at the forefront!

The more one claims to be virtuous, the more one is obliged to hide one’s vices and show hypocrisy!
As Molière says in The Misanthrope: “There must be a tractable virtue in the world / By dint of wisdom, one can be blamed / Perfect reason flees all extremity / And wants us to be wise with sobriety.”
