Actor Ahmed Dawoud begins filming his first television starring, through the series “Zeinhom”, which belongs to the social drama, following he had experienced the cinematic championship 3 times before.
He stated that he is preparing to film a new movie entitled “Haisa”, written by Muhammad Nair and directed by Othman Abu Laban, and its events revolve around a social framework around the personality of a football player called “Figo”, who faces many challenges with his team and his friends. He is also preparing for the start of filming the third part of the movie “Wlad Rizk” with director Tariq Al-Arian and author Salah Al-Juhaini, following the success of the first and second parts.
Ahmed expressed his happiness with the great success achieved by his latest film, “Day 13”, which was shown during the last Eid Al-Adha season, and achieved revenues that exceeded 30 million pounds. Dina El-Sherbiny, Sherif Mounir, co-starred and directed and wrote Wael Abdullah.
He said that he did not expect the great success achieved by the film in Egyptian and Arab theaters, and that the work is different from the nature of the films in the cinema, as it is the first Egyptian 3D film, and it was not his first experience in absolute heroism, but rather the third following the films “A Boy and a Girl” and «122».
And regarding the drama series “Suits in Arabic”, with Aser Yassin and Saba Mubarak, directed by Essam Abdel Hamid, of which the first part was shown in Ramadan 2022, he stated that he hopes to present another part of the work.
