After Yevgeny Prigozhin, head of the Russian mercenary organization Wagner Group, failed in the mutiny at the end of June, his whereregardings and status have been the focus of attention from the outside world. After nearly two months, Priggine finally released his first film talk in the past two months, and the filming location is suspected to be in Africa.

Archyde.com reported that according to the video, Priggin stood in the desert wearing camouflage uniform and held a rifle in his hand. Other armed men and a pickup truck might be seen in the distance. Comments on the film and posts on channels supporting Wagner allege that the film was shot in Africa.

Prigozin said in the video, “The temperature is now more than 50 degrees Celsius, everything is as we wish. PMC Wagner makes Russia stronger and freer on all continents and in Africa. For the people of Africa Bringing justice and happiness. We are making life a nightmare for ISIS, Al-Qaeda and other thugs.”

He added that Wagner continued to recruit fighters and would complete “a set mission,” adding that the video included a phone number for those who want to join the group to call.

The future of Wagner and Prigozin has been unclear since Prigozin launched a brief mutiny once morest the Russian defense establishment two months ago.
