Many doubts arise regarding the new type of Pokémon, mainly due to its logo. In the other types, the logos resemble the names they represent. For example, the plant type is illustrated with a leaf, and the fire type with a flame. However, this new type does not have a distinctive symbol, instead featuring a rainbow with seven white dots in the center. One of the theories suggests that it might be resistant to all other types.
Another theory that has arisen as a result of the logo image is that this new type would be a combination of all the other types, which would mean that it would have no weaknesses or resistances once morest them. In this case, it would only be regarding improving the stats of the Tera-type Pokémon, and perhaps the only way to counter them would be to use other Tera Pokémon.
This will be introduced in the ‘Pokémon Scarlet and Purple’ DLC dubbed ‘The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero’, thus occupying the nineteenth place on the list of existing types.
