Claro informed that it is already receiving applications for its 2023 Internship Program, which was named Your Future + Clear. The operator’s initiative takes place in partnership with the HR consulting firm aimed at Eureca youth.
According to the company, there are offers of opportunities in areas such as Marketing, Commercial, Communication, Market Intelligence, Human Resources, Logistics, Finance, Legal, Digital Solutions and Employer Branding.
In total, there are more than 50 vacancies available, with a load of 6 hours per day and a hybrid work model. Interns will receive a BRL 2,000 stipend and benefits such as life insurance; transportation vouchers; health and dental plan; food or meal allowance; and employee combo, with 30% discount on TV, landline and mobile telephone, and fixed and mobile internet services.

Those chosen will experience an onboarding period with training, skills development, access to the Training Hub and participation in a mentoring program for 6 months. The program also offers a career development plan to participants.

How to apply?
Applications are open from the beginning of August and will run until the last day of this month. As a prerequisite, it is necessary for the candidate to attend higher education, with training expected between December 2024 and December 2025, be a bachelor or technologist, and reside or are willing to move to the cities of São Paulo (SP), Rio de Janeiro (RJ) and Recife (PE).
