Do you schedule a wake up call during the week?
Yes, at 7:05 a.m.
What is your first (professional) reflex when you get up?
I look at my phone, which is left on next to me. I catch up on the emails of the night, I consult the statistics and various reports.
How many hours do you sleep on average per night?
Seven hours. Before, I was satisfied with five.
How many emails do you receive per day?
I would say between 200 and 250.
Do you read them all?
Yes. Sometimes, certain collaborators deprive me of certain information, which they consider anecdotal, so as not to disturb me, whereas it is the opposite: I prefer to have too many details.
Do you answer it yourself?
Oui.

iPhone, but it’s loaded with protective software.
