Police in Georgia County, where Donald Trump was charged with attempting to manipulate the 2020 election, say they are investigating threats once morest members of the grand jury that validated the charges once morest the former president.
A grand jury — a panel of citizens with investigative powers — appointed by the district attorney for Georgia’s capital, Atlanta County, indicted Mr. Trump and 18 others on Monday for their alleged wrongful attempts to obtain the reversal of the result in this key state in the south-east of the country.
The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement that it is aware of the release on various networks of personal information regarding the grand jury members.
